The owner of this site is Blu's Clothing Ltd. Blu's Clothing Ltd. will be referred to as the "owner" throughout this agreement. The rules are stated in layman's terms and any questions can be directed to edm@blus.com 1) Bidding for items is a contract and winning bidders must pay for items they have successfully bid and won within 48 hours of the close of the auction. 2) Winning bids not paid for in full within 48 hours of the close of an auction will be cancelled by the "owner" and the item will be retained by the owner. 3) Bidders have 7 days to return any item that has been fully paid for. 4) Returned items must be unused and unbruised. The "owner" retains the right to refuse a return if in its sole opinion the item is used, worn or damaged. 5) Returned items will be assessed a restocking fee of 20% of the winning bid value. This means bidders will receive 80% of their money back if a return is approved by the "owner." 6) After 7 days from the end of an auction returns will not be accepted. 8) The "owner" reserves the right to cancel any auction at any time and for any reason. 9) The owner reserves the right to refuse bidding privileges and at its sole discretion.
