Returns & Exchanges

Full refund within 10 days of purchase on regular price merchandise.
Full refund within 5 days of purchase on sale price merchandise.
All sale merchandise 50% off or more is FINAL SALE.

Price Adjustments

On regular price merchandise within 5 days from the purchase date.
No adjustments from sale price to sale price.
No adjustments on designated "No adjustment" events.

"Uniquely Yours" Garment Tag

If this specialty tag has been removed from dresses, outerwear and handbags; the item will be considered a FINAL SALE.

Christmas Returns

Cut-off for Christmas returns is January 15.
FULL REFUND on regular price merchandise.
Exchange only on sale price merchandise.
All sale merchandise 50% off or more is FINAL SALE.

Money Cards

Money Cards are like cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

Online Purchases

Please note that the clock starts counting for returns after you've physically received the item (we have the tracking info so we'll take travel time into consideration for you!) so relax and take your time in your decision making.
