Returns & Exchanges

Full refund within 10 days of purchase on regular price merchandise.
Full refund within 5 days of purchase on sale price merchandise.
All sale merchandise 50% off or more is FINAL SALE.

Returns & Exchanges are accepted on unworn, unaltered and unwashed merchandise with all tags attached.

Price Adjustments

On regular price merchandise within 5 days from the purchase date.
No adjustments from sale price to sale price.
No adjustments on designated "No adjustment" events.

Online Purchases

Full refund within 10 days of physically receiving item(s) on regular price merchandise.
Full refund within 5 days of physically receiving item(s) on sale price merchandise.
All sale merchandise 50% off or more is FINAL SALE.

Returns & Exchanges are accepted on unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached. Customers will receive a full refund less shipping (if any). Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items discounted 50% off or more are Final Sale.

Returns & Exchanges for online purchases require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items must be receive within 10 days of RA issue. Please specify if you would like an exchange or return when you request an RA number.

During normal business hours email requests are processed promptly. If for any reason you do not receive a timely response please give us a call.

Once an RA number is received please securely pack item(s) and send using an insured carrier.

*** Please Note: Insuring the package is at the option of the sender, however, Blu's does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages on returns. Insuring the shipment provides recourse on your package in the event we do not receive it.

Once a return has been received (within specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

Final Sale Merchandise

Final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale merchandise sent to Blu's will not be accepted and the package will be returned to you. A refund will not be issued. Items marked down 50% or more are considered clearance sale items. These items are final sale items and cannot be returned or changed.

"Uniquely Yours" Garment Tag

If this specialty tag has been removed from dresses, outerwear and handbags; the item will be considered a FINAL SALE.

Christmas Returns

Cut-off for Christmas returns is January 15.
FULL REFUND on regular price merchandise.
Exchange only on sale price merchandise.
All sale merchandise 50% off or more is FINAL SALE.

Money Cards

Money Cards are like cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
